Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Noida. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, website graphics, email campaigns, packaging, and in-store materials. The role involves developing and maintaining brand-consistent designs, collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals,



and refining concepts based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also support the evolution of the brand identity, prepare production-ready files, and ensure that all design outputs align with The Sleep Chapter’s aesthetic, quality standards, and sustainability-focused messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple design projects, adhering to timelines, and staying updated on design trends relevant to lifestyle, wellness, and home décor.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, visually appealing layouts.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and applying visual identities across multiple touchpoints.
Solid understanding of Typography and its role in readability, hierarchy, and brand expression.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, or equivale
