Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive - Data Analyst who will focus on analyzing sales data to drive business growth and improve revenue performance. The role involves working closely with sales , marketing , and business teams to uncover insights, optimize funnels , and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, conversion gaps, and revenue opportunities that drive business growth.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as lead conversion, revenue, and overall sales funnel performance with regular reporting.
Dashboarding & Visualization: Build and maintain real-time dashboards to provide clear visibility into sales performance and KPIs.
Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales teams to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency,



and enhance pipeline performance through data-backed insights.
Advanced Analytics & Automation: Perform cohort and pipeline analysis, forecasting, and automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and decision-making speed.
Skills we seek:
Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
Robust proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Solid understanding of sales metrics, funnels, and business KPIs
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and problem-solving abilities to monitor performance.
