We are looking for an experienced professional from the Renewable Energy sector to lead Forecasting & Scheduling (F&S;) operations for our Wind and Solar portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure project accuracy for all Wind & Solar projects handled monthly.
Lead and manage Forecasting (Wind, Solar, and Demand) control room/shift operations.
Perform DSM and De-pooling calculations and provide monthly commercial reports to clients.
Analyze forecast quality regularly and implement innovative methods to minimize forecasting errors.
Provide continuous technical support to IT and Data Science teams for model enhancement and development.
Coordinate with clients, Business Development teams, and SLDCs for current projects, registrations (QCA/PSS), and operational activities.
Interact with clients and SLDC officials to address operational queries and updates.
Support the enhancement and development of Forecasting & Scheduling dashboards and related products.
Ensure proper mapping and implementation of state-wise F&S; policies,
commercial applicability, and calculations.
Maintain databases related to technical, operational, and commercial information across all states.
Lead, mentor, and manage the F&S; team while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare MIS reports and operational formats required for smooth business functioning.
Desired Profile:
5–6 years of experience in Forecasting & Scheduling, Renewable Energy Analytics, or O&M; of Wind/Solar projects.
Strong understanding of DSM regulations, De-pooling calculations, and SLDC procedures.
Experience in Renewable Energy Analytics is highly preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and team handling skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
