Role Description This is a full-time, on-site RSVP & Client Servicing role based in New Delhi. The role involves managing guest lists, coordinating RSVPs through calls, messages, and emails, and maintaining accurate attendance records. The RSVP & Client Servicing professional will be the primary contact for guests and clients during the planning and execution phases, addressing queries, providing event information, and ensuring a positive experience.



Responsibilities include liaising with internal teams to relay client requirements, tracking response trends, and supporting event-day operations such as guest reception and check-ins. The role also includes preparing basic reports on attendance and client feedback, supporting billing-related coordination, and maintaining consistent, professional communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle guest queries and client requests professionally and promptly.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and a polite, confident phone manner.
