Brief Background
The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for Analysing, defining, drafting, and upholding the rules, policies, procedures, and standards that guide employee conduct and organizational practices. The role owner will oversee all aspects of compliance across the ESDS organization, ensuring that processes align with applicable regulations, internal requirements, and industry best practices. This includes maintaining regulatory readiness, promoting ethical conduct, and supporting a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
