At Amaara Botanicals, we're looking for a proactive and accountable Purchase Manager who can drive strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and uninterrupted supply of nutraceutical ingredients for our growing global business.
What You'll Own:




✅ End-to-end procurement of nutraceutical, herbal, botanical and specialty ingredients
✅ Strategic vendor identification, qualification and relationship management
✅ Price negotiations and cost optimization initiatives
✅ Supply planning and inventory management to avoid stock-outs
✅ Coordination with QA/QC, R&D;, Production and Regulatory teams
✅ Market intelligence on ingredient trends, availability and pricing
✅ Ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards
What We're Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement of nutraceutical, herbal, pharma, or food ingredients
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✔ Understanding of ingredient sourcing, documentation, and quality requirements
✔ Ability to take ownership, solve problems proactively, and drive results independently
✔ Excellent coordination and communication skills
