We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Machine Learning Engineer (IC3) to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions that enhance the developer experience and improve engineering productivity at scale.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI Agentic Development, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), software engineering, and developer tooling. You will collaborate closely with platform engineers, product managers, data scientists, and developer experience teams to build intelligent systems that power code generation, code understanding, developer assistance, workflow automation, knowledge discovery, and platform intelligence.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and productionize machine learning models and AI-powered services that improve developer productivity and platform intelligence.
- Build and optimize solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and agentic workflows.
- Develop intelligent capabilities for code understanding, code generation, test generation, documentation automation, developer assistants, and engineering analytics.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend adoption strategies aligned with business and engineering goals.
