As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Product Lead who can drive the evolution of our mobile app and digital ecosystem while leading technology initiatives across the business.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Product Lead with 2–3 years of experience in mobile app product development who can bridge business goals, user experience, and technology execution.
You'll be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, improving customer journeys, leading technology projects, managing integrations across platforms and service providers, and working closely with development teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
You should have a solid understanding of how up-to-date technology systems, APIs, and platform integrations work.




This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building products, solving problems, staying ahead of digital trends, and creating experiences that customers love.
What You'll Be Doing
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the mobile app product roadmap and key customer-facing experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Define product priorities based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Translate ideas into actionable product requirements and execution plans.
Mobile App Experience
- Continuously improve the user journey across browsing, discovery, checkout, delivery, and post-purchase experiences.
- Ensure the app remains intuitive, fast, and user-friendly.
- Work closely with designers to create seamless and high-converting customer experiences.
- Champion a mobile-first mindset across all product decisions.
