Technical Analyst – WMS Technical Support (Warehouse Management System Technical Analyst)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management System (WMS) Technical Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize warehouse management applications and related supply chain systems. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise in WMS configuration, database management, SQL/PLSQL development, system integrations, and production support. This role requires close collaboration with warehouse operations, supply chain teams, and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and optimize WMS parameters, workflows, business rules, and system settings to align with warehouse operational requirements. Provide day-to-day technical support for WMS applications and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for system issues, identify recurring problems,



and implement permanent corrective actions. Support system deployments, upgrades, patches, and go-live activities, including hypercare support. Develop and execute complex SQL and PL/SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, reporting, and performance analysis. Analyze warehouse operational data, monitor KPIs, and identify trends to improve productivity and system effectiveness. Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations between WMS, ERP, transportation, and other supply chain applications. Support interface development, middleware integrations, and data exchange processes. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
