Shemon Software Solutions builds customized softwares for niche industries (ERP / workflow automation / web & mobile products). We're looking for an SDR who can own lead generation end-to-end, right from building the database to booking qualified meetings.

Role Description

This is a full time, remote role for a Sales Development Representative. Responsibilities are:
Identify, research, and build targeted prospect databases across niche industries using platforms such as Linked In, Apollo, company websites, directories, and other online sources. Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach channels including Linked In, emails, calls, and Whats App communication. Handle inbound enquiries by responding promptly, understanding requirements, nurturing prospects, and moving qualified leads to the meeting/demo stage. Conduct lead qualification based on parameters such as business need, decision-making authority, budget, and timeline (BANT framework). Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for the founders/sales team with qualified prospects.



Create and manage outreach communication assets including email sequences, Linked In messaging scripts, follow-up cadences, and sales templates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including lead status, follow-up notes, reminders, and pipeline stages. Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to align outreach strategies and achieve sales targets. Track and report key sales metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, lead quality, and conversion performance. Research prospect accounts and personalize communication based on industry trends, business challenges, and trigger points to improve engagement and conversions. Continuously identify opportunities to improve lead generation, outreach effectiveness, and sales processes. Qualifications
