Auto VRse (TDW Technologies Pvt Ltd) is a Bengaluru-headquartered enterprise XR company building VR/AR solutions for manufacturing, training, and industrial applications. We are a ~100-person team with a US subsidiary, TDW Technologies Inc., based in Delaware. Our finance team supports both entities.
Role Summary
The Finance Manager will own day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting for TDW Technologies Pvt Ltd, with secondary support for the US entity's books and intercompany transactions. You will be the senior individual contributor in the Finance team, working directly under the Financial Controller and leading the Finance Executive on shared workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & month-end close
• Own the monthly book closure in Zoho Books — revenue recognition,



accruals, prepayments, depreciation, reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger, fixed asset register, and intercompany schedules between TDW India and TDW Inc.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for management review.
Statutory compliance — India
• Own end-to-end GST: monthly returns (GSTR-1, 3 B), input tax credit reconciliation (GSTR-2 B), annual return (GSTR-9/9 C), and refund claims where applicable.
• Own TDS / TCS: monthly deduction, payment, quarterly return filing (24 Q, 26 Q, 27 Q), Form 16/16 A issuance, reconciliation with 26 AS.
• Own income tax: advance tax computation and payment, annual return filing, transfer pricing documentation (Form 3 CEB and TP study coordination with consultants), assessment and notice responses.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on ROC / MCA filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, board resolutions, statutory registers).
