BASE 33 is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Designer to join our growing team in Kolkata. We are seeking a design skilled with 1–2 years of experience who has the ability to visualize ideas and transform them into innovative, appealing, and high-quality designs across web, print, and related communication mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs across multiple platforms

• Develop creative solutions for web, print, branding, and communication projects

• Maintain high design standards while delivering fresh and impactful visual ideas

• Work collaboratively with project teams and adapt to diverse client requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of relevant design experience

• Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling

• Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Figma





• Ability to create refined, high-quality creative outputs with attention to detail

Added Advantage:

• Strong English communication and speaking skills for interactions with international clients and project managers
