CTC: Up to ₹12–13 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches, market penetration, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
- Create product narratives tailored to different buyer personas and market segments.
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand product capabilities and roadmap.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Plan and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Define launch plans, target audiences, channels, and success metrics.
- Monitor launch performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.




Sales Enablement
- Develop sales collateral, presentations, battle cards, case studies, and product sheets.
- Equip sales teams with tools and content to effectively communicate product value.
- Conduct product training sessions for internal stakeholders.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Create and oversee high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, email campaigns, and webinars.
- Drive SEO and digital marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and lead generation.
- Work closely with content and digital marketing teams to optimize campaign performance.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze competitor offerings, positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Generate actionable insights to support product and business decisions.
