The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the team based in India.
Experience required: 10 - 15 years
Time: 1:00 pm- 10:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
CTC: 20- 35 LPA

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization's digital marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Establish and scale the digital marketing function in India, including team structure, processes, governance frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
- Lead customer acquisition initiatives across organic and paid channels, ensuring measurable growth and ROI.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying, implementing, and optimizing marketing technologies and automation platforms.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, performance marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing,



and growth programs across multiple business units and clients.
- Develop marketing measurement frameworks, dashboards, attribution models, and reporting mechanisms to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, resource allocation, agency relationships, and vendor partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing digital marketing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance digital marketing capabilities and competitive positioning.
