About Docu Findr
Docu Findr is a pre-submission documentation validation platform for US healthcare. We check CMNs,
DWOs and prior-authorization packets at intake — before claims reach payers — so DME/HME suppliers,
home-health agencies and specialty clinics catch the documentation gaps that cause preventable denials.
We sell direct and through channel partners, into a market under a hard regulatory deadline. You'll help us
grow it.
The role
You'll generate and qualify the pipeline that fuels our growth. You'll run multi-channel outbound to US
DME/HME suppliers, RCM and billing firms, and channel partners; lead first conversations to understand
their denial and documentation pain; qualify for fit; and hand sales-ready opportunities to our presales team
for the walkthrough and close. It's a high-ownership role for someone who can open doors and keep a
pipeline moving.
What you'll own
• Outbound pipeline generation. Multi-channel outreach (email, Linked In, phone) to DME/HME suppliers,
home-health agencies and RCM/TPA/billing firms, tailored by segment.
• Discovery & qualification.



Run first calls, surface the documentation/denial pain, qualify against our
ideal-customer profile, and book walkthroughs.
• Channel & partner sourcing. Identify and open billing firms, DME buying groups and
compliance/accreditation consultants as referral and co-sell partners.
• Conference & event follow-up. Turn leads from industry events into structured, worked pipeline.
• Targeting & CRM discipline. Build target lists, keep the CRM clean, and report on funnel conversion.
Must-have qualifications
• 3–5+ years in B2 B Saa S business development or sales development, with a track record of self-sourced
pipeline.
• Experience selling into, or solid familiarity with, US healthcare (provider, RCM, payer or healthtech).
• Fluent multi-channel outbound: email sequences, Linked In, and confident phone conversations.
• Excellent spoken and written English; credible on calls with US healthcare bu
