We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented qualified to lead our international business expansion and develop strategic relationships with importers, distributors, retailers, and private label customers globally.
Key Responsibilities International Business Development
- Identify and develop new export markets, distributors, importers, retailers, and private label customers globally.
- Drive international sales growth across Peanut Butter, Healthy Snacks, Breakfast Cereals, Makhana, Nuts, Seeds, and other food categories.
- Generate and convert export leads through trade shows, Linked In, international databases, chambers, embassies, and direct outreach.
- Build strategic relationships with procurement heads, category managers, importers, distributors,



and retail chains.
Key Account Management
- Manage existing international customers and ensure sustainable business growth.
- Develop annual business plans and sales forecasts for each export market.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contracts, and annual supply agreements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Market Expansion
- Develop market entry strategies for new countries and regions.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and regulatory developments.
- Identify opportunities in retail, foodservice, wholesale, and private label segments.
Export Operations Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of export orders from enquiry to shipment.
- Monitor documentation including Proforma Invoice, LC, Shipping
