In-tech, an Infosys Company is seeking for a Business Finance, Manager with strong experience in Financial consolidation processes to support global financial reporting and performance management.
Job location: Hybrid working
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end financial consolidation
- Manage SAP Group Reporting (S/4 HANA) including data collection, validation, and consolidation
- Ensure accuracy of group financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Drive close process timelines and improve reporting efficiency
- Support audit, compliance, and statutory reporting
- Collaborate with FP&A;, controllership, and business finance teams
- Work on process improvements and automation within consolidation cycle
Required Skills:
- Qualified CA with 5+ years post qualification




- Hands-on experience in SAP Group Reporting
- Solid knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS and consolidation principles
- Experience in R2 R / financial reporting / group accounting
Good to Have
- Exposure to global/multi-entity consolidation
- Experience in Big4 / consulting / shared services setup
- Process transformation / automation exposure
