About the Role:
Do Market research for ongoing trends on new developments including products & study of competitive landscape and mapping. Provide FP&A; finance support related to productivity, Board Meetings, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Dive deeply into Retail data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Provide FP&A; finance support related to productivity, Board Meetings, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budgets, and mapping of Budget vs actual including with reasons for variances.




- Work closely with across functional teams to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Involve in various Kind of scenario modeling, including executive presentation, ad hoc analysis etc.
- Results-driven professional with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Financial Analysis, and Business Planning, capable of leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Must be good in Microsoft excel.
Qualifications:
MBA in Finance (must be from Tier1 & Tier 2 Colleges)
