Role Description This is a part time, remote role for a Data Analyst Trainer at GROWAI Edtech. The Data Analyst Trainer will design and deliver online training sessions on data analytics, statistics, and data modeling using practical, real-world examples. Daily responsibilities include preparing learning materials, creating hands-on exercises and projects, and guiding learners through analytical problem-solving. The trainer will review assignments, provide constructive feedback,



and support learners via live sessions, discussion forums, and one-on-one mentoring as needed. The role also involves updating course content based on industry trends, collaborating with the curriculum team, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with practical experience in Data Analytics, including interpreting datasets, generating insights, and solving business problems.
- Solid foundation in Statistics and Data Modeling, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and apply them in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics in an accessible, engaging manner for learners at different levels.
- Hands-on experience with common data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is highly beneficial.
