We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Financial Controller to lead the finance and accounting function, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective business partnering. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in accounting, budgeting, taxation, audit management, and internal controls, along with the ability to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations
Oversee general accounting, reconciliations, and period-end closing processes. Ensuring booking & automation in receivable/payable functions. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS/GAAP). Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis. Product Costing & RFQ/Pricing support for ongoing & new businesses. Develop & publish Divisional P& L. Cost control & optimisation projects Develop MIS reports and dashboards for management review. Support strategic planning and business decision-making through financial insights. Internal Controls & Compliance
Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls and governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations. Monitor adherence to company policies and financial procedures. Taxation & Regulatory Matters
Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations. Coordinate with tax advisors and authorities on assessments and audits. Ensure timely filing of all
