We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Product Manager who can bridge product strategy, AI workflows, and hands-on prototyping. The ideal candidate has experience building and shipping AI-powered products, understands autonomous/agentic systems, and can independently prototype AI agents using frameworks such as Lang Graph and Lang Chain with strong Python skills.
This role requires a blend of product thinking, technical depth, experimentation mindset, and execution capability across AI workflows, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and execute product roadmap for AI-native and agentic AI products.
- Translate business problems into AI-driven workflows and autonomous agent solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, design, data, and leadership teams to prioritize features and deliver outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for automation using LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and workflow orchestration.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Agentic AI Development




- Design and prototype AI agents using Lang Graph, Lang Chain, and up-to-date LLM tooling.
- Build multi-agent workflows with memory, tool calling, planning, reflection, and orchestration capabilities.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and MVPs using Python.
- Integrate LLM APIs, vector databases, retrieval systems, and external tools/services.
- Experiment with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and agent optimization techniques.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with AI/ML engineers and architects to define scalable system design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and product prioritization.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks for AI agents.
AI Product Execution
- Monitor AI product performance, hallucination rates, latency, and reliability metrics.
