Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B. Arch (Mandatory)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Key Requirements:

Accredited Degree in Architecture

Architectural Registration Required

Strong proficiency in Revit and Auto CAD

Experience with Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Navisworks, Rhino, and Grasshopper is a plus

Strong understanding of building systems, building codes, QA/QC processes, and sustainable design principles

Excellent communication, presentation, and client coordination skills

Responsibilities:





Prepare and review architectural drawings and implementation documents

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and contractors

Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements

Participate in design development, technical coordination, and project delivery

Support project presentations, material research, and site coordination activities
