Location: In-office, Goregaon, Mumbai
Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Mon to Fri
Salary: Up to Rs. 40,000 per month
You have created brand identities, web designs, planned social media content, executed paid ads and now interested in stepping up, then this position is for you
Responsibilities:
- Your core responsibility is to make sure project and content is delivered on time within allocated budgets
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal creative team, handle client communication and inform the respective team members without tasks slacking
- Conduct morning meetings to ensure work is delegated appropriately
- Make sure the delegated tasks are completed
- Create Gantt Charts and timelines for work progress overview and presentations
- Create proposals for potential clients using Canva and MS Power Point
- Support the creative team with design inputs for logo design, graphics, social media, website layouts, performance marketing campaigns
- Ensure high productivity environment among the internal team and implement required protocols




- Step in for hands on design and editing work as needed if the team falls short
- Track team performance and identify bottlenecks in the work flow
- Create weekly reports for management to review for project progress and share highlights
Qualifications:
- Hands-on expertise in graphic design, web development, social media marketing, and performance ads
· Experience in an agency or consulting setting and familiarity with project management tools
- Proven project management skills, including scoping, scheduling, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
- Strong understanding of hooks, content creation methodologies, and call to action
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to complete a project single handedly and notice all the details required to execute the project with a team
- Enthusiasm for branding, community engagement, and digital innovation
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced envir
