- 6+ Years of experience in AEO and SEO developer role.
- Candidate well versed in speaking and writing in German language - This is mandatory
- Aligned with the latest AI Search Optimization, strategy execution to drive brand visibility and citations in AI-driven search experiences
- Intermediate/Advanced technical SEO (standard on-page SEO, structured date/schemas, site performance etc)
- Ability to understand the technology of the site and decipher technical audits, issues, and improvements using hreflang/canonicalization
- Ability to manage technical tickets and assertively promote them within our development sprints
- Localization and translation in respect to SEO
- Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script, and CMS platforms.
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush,



Ahrefs.
- Collaborating with writers, developers, and marketing teams.
- keeping pace with frequent search engine updates
- Enhance site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability
- Improve meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content relevance
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Google Analytics is a nice to have
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Coordinate Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
