About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our International Programs team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners, conducting market research, engaging prospective organizations, and creating opportunities that contribute to the growth of T-Hub's global initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Own the complete lead generation lifecycle—from research and prospect identification to outreach and meeting coordination.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects across international markets.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns through email, Linked In, and other engagement channels.
- Develop personalized messaging and outreach strategies for different audience segments.
Market Research & Intelligence:
- Identify emerging organizations, industry trends, and market opportunities.
- Conduct detailed research to uncover high-potential prospects and business opportunities.
- Maintain and enrich prospect databases with relevant market intelligence.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
- Manage prospect information, outreach activities, and engagement history within CRM systems.
- Track pipeline performance and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Generate reports and insights to improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective organizations and stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives through research, data gathering, and market insights.
