Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Salesforce CRM and Farvision ERP.
- Handle CRM modules including Sales, Post Sales, Customer Service, and Ticket Management.
- Provide ERP support to Head Office and Site users.
- Coordinate application integrations and resolve system issues.
- Manage users, permissions, reports, dashboards, and system configurations.
- Conduct UAT, user training, and system adoption initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for project execution.
- Generate MIS reports and improve business processes through automation.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Salesforce CRM.
- Hands-on experience in Farvision ERP (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Data Loader, Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Experience in ERP/CRM implementation and application support.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / BE / B. Tech / MBA preferred.
- Salesforce Administration Certification preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates from the real estate industry with experience in Salesforce CRM, Farvision ERP, and business application support will be preferred.
