JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Manager - Marketing will own, build, and scale Eye ROV's marketing function to support business growth, brand positioning, pipeline creation, and market expansion.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic thinking, revenue orientation, team leadership, and the ability to position complex technical products in a straightforward, compelling, and business-relevant manner.
The role will work closely with Sales, Product, Leadership, and Partner teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly contribute to lead quality, funnel efficiency, brand credibility, customer acquisition, and long-term market presence.
Preferred Sectors : Industrial, engineering, marine, robotics, deep-tech, infrastructure, oil & gas, defence.
Required Experience : 10-15 Years
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong B2 B/B2 G marketing leadership experience with ownership of marketing strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing functions, not just executing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in revenue-linked marketing outcomes,



including pipeline creation and conversion improvement.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead quality, customer acquisition, and business growth metrics.
- Ability to work closely with sales leadership and align marketing efforts with business targets.
- Experience in brand positioning, market presence, and thought leadership in competitive or emerging sectors.
- Ability to understand and position complex technical products for business and government decision-makers.
- Strong experience in marketing systems, processes, CRM usage, automation, reporting, and performance dashboards.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, hire, and scale marketing teams.
- Experience in partner marketing, alliances, ecosystem development, and strategic events is highly desirable.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
