We're hiring a Mutual Fund Research & Marketing Specialist at Arthasaga (one of the associate entity of Awfficacy Capital).
At Arthasaga, we help NRI and global investors access India's growth story through GIFT City / IFSC feeder funds. As we scale, we need someone who doesn't just understand mutual funds, but can explain them compellingly to investors and keep our team razor-sharp on the market.
This is a 50/50 role: half research, half marketing.
What you'll own :
→ Be our in-house authority on the Indian MF market
→ Deep-dive into GIFT City / IFSC fund structures and explain them clearly
→ Create investor-facing content: decks, explainers, campaign material
→ Present fund strategies and market themes with confidence
What we're looking for :




→ 3–5 years in Indian mutual funds (distribution, AMC, advisory, or research)
→ Solid communication skills, you can make complexity simple
→ A researcher's eye for detail + a marketer's instinct for storytelling
→ Comfort switching between analysis and creative work
Bonus: NISM certification | GIFT City / IFSC / NRI investing exposure | content creation experience
