Global Tree Careers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an innovative and results-oriented AI-Driven Digital Marketing Head to lead digital growth initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing expertise with AI-powered marketing technologies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement AI tools for campaign optimization, audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and customer journey mapping.
- Leverage Generative AI platforms for content creation, personalization, and marketing automation.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI marketing technologies to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In,



and other digital channels.
- Drive lead generation and conversion optimization for overseas education and career counseling services.
- Manage SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, CRM tools, and marketing dashboards.
- Oversee website optimization, landing pages, and user experience improvements.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
- Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Collaborate with sales, admissions, and business development teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
