Role Overview:
The Director of school organizes, directs, evaluates, and supervises the teaching staff and takes appropriate decisions to improve the teaching, learning and research activities in a school. The Director provides instructional leadership, develops and implements curriculum and detailed teaching plans for the academic programs. He/she reports to the VC and the Dean as the case may be. He/she has the following duties and responsibilities.
- To monitor the faculty and student attendance, day-to-day activities of the school, and to maintain discipline in the school.




- To work in tandem with the HOD, Academic coordinators, Course Coordinators, Program Chairs and Teachers to improve the teaching and learning processes.
- To prepare the academic calendar of the School, integrating the events, Exams, and Occasions in consultation with the Registrar, Registrar Evaluation, and Dean.
- To plan and execute regular faculty meetings, orientations, training programs, faculty development programs, and workshops.
- To support and participate in School and community-related activities.
- To plan the budget, and schedule the resources for School and community-related activities.
- To coordinate with the Academic departments in sharing faculty and other educational and instructional ideas and activities.
- To develop educational processes, interactive educational programs, and policies to meet the curriculum goals.
- To manage faculty resources, administrative staff members
