Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced in Upstream mammalian cell culture Manufacturing functions. The ideal candidate will have 1 year 6 Months - 4 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, Single use bioreactor operations, scale-up for biologics production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in Single use Bioreactors from 2l scale to 2kl scale.
- Hands on experience in wave bioreactors and Stirrer bioreactor for mammalian cell culture.
- Seed development from vial thaw to shake flask and cell banking.
- Hands on experience in IQ/OQ/PQ of equipment's.
- Experience in Quality management systems like change controls, deviations management and document management system.
- Hands on experience in handling metabolite analyser, hemocytometer, cell counter, Osmometer, sterilization autoclaves, biosafety cabinet, CO2 shaker incubators, cryo storage systems.
Qualifications:
- MTech / MSc in Biotechnology or related field.
- 1 year 6 Months - 4 years of experience in upstream bioprocessing in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in Seed propagation , bioreactor operations and equipment qulification.
