Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager, Banking & Treasury

Role Overview
The Manager / Senior Manager – Banking & Treasury will be responsible for managing daily banking operations, treasury activities, cash flow planning, trade finance coordination, and financial controls. The role requires close coordination with banks, internal stakeholders, auditors, and finance teams across multiple subsidiaries in India.
Key Responsibilities
Banking Operations
o Manage daily banking transactions, including payments, receipts, and fund transfers.
o Perform and review bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
o Maintain relationships with banking partners and coordinate documentation and compliance requirements.
o Monitor bank balances and ensure optimal fund utilization across accounts.
o Handle cross-border banking transactions and manage relationships with major banking partners.
Treasury Management
o Prepare and manage short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.




o Optimize working capital and support effective liquidity management.
o Execute fund planning, inter-account transfers, and investment tracking.
o Monitor borrowing limits, interest costs, and repayment schedules.
o Support BG, EMD, and foreign remittance requirements.
Trade Finance and Forex
o Manage import and inland LC processing, amendments, acceptance, and document lodging.
o Handle foreign remittances, advance payments, overseas fund transfers, and IDPMS closure.
o Monitor foreign exchange and cross-currency exposures to assess and manage risk.
o Support LC and BG management, including cash and spot booking.
o Execute forward contracts and update exchange-rate entries in SAP.
Payments & Compliance
o Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, payroll, statutory dues, and loan repayments.
o Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, company policies, and banking procedures.
