Role Description The Marketing & Communication Manager will lead the hotel’s marketing and communications strategy, ensuring that the property’s brand positioning and visual identity are consistently represented across all channels. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive room nights, F&B;, events, and brand visibility. Day-to-day activities include managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, coordinating press releases and media interactions, overseeing content creation for social media and the hotel’s website, and maintaining relationships with PR agencies and brand teams. The role will also include developing promotion plans for hotel outlets, monitoring campaign performance and ROI, supporting sales and revenue teams with marketing collateral, and ensuring all communications align with Radisson Blu brand standards. The manager will collaborate closely with operations, F&B;, events, and senior leadership to support hotel business objectives and guest engagement.
