Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Individual to own and scale our Tik Tok Shop business for the US market. This role requires end-to-end ownership—driving sales through content, creators, live commerce, and seamless operations—within a fast-paced beauty/skincare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Tik Tok Shop (US) end-to-end, with clear responsibility for revenue, conversion, and daily performance
Drive sales through a strong mix of content strategy, creator collaborations, affiliate programs, and live commerce
Build and execute a content engine tailored to beauty/skincare (education, routines, UGC, before/after, trend-led formats)
Identify, onboard, and manage beauty creators, skincare influencers, and affiliates to drive consistent GMV growth
Plan and execute live selling sessions (demos, routines, offers), optimizing for engagement and conversion
Manage storefront operations—product listings, bundles, pricing, promotions, reviews, and merchandising
Work closely with supply chain to ensure inventory availability and minimize stock-outs on hero SKUs




Track and optimize key metrics (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, repeat rate)
Stay on top of Tik Tok trends, viral formats, and emerging opportunities in beauty commerce
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in D2 C, e-commerce, or social commerce (beauty/skincare preferred)
Strong understanding of beauty/skincare consumer behaviour (routines, ingredients, concerns, trends)
Hands-on experience with Tik Tok (content, creators, or Tik Tok Shop)
Experience managing influencer/creator collaborations, preferably in beauty
Robust execution mindset—comfortable owning both growth and operations
Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actions
