About the Rol
e We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead both organic and paid marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving website traffic, lead generation, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth through SEO, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, marketing automation, and conversion optimization
.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Robust expertise in SEO, LLM, Demand Generation and Paid Advertising.
• Experience with Google Analytics,



Google Ads, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Ads, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Experience working with marketing, design, and development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Saa S, IT Services or B2 B Marketing.
• Knowledge of AI marketing tools and automation platforms.
• Experience managing budgets above $10,000/month.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Go High Level.
