The MSP Program Specialist is responsible for supporting temporary/contingent workforce programs for our clients. The Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and suppliers to support and manage the full lifecycle for the requisition process including requisition intake, shortlisting, Supplier sourcing management, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense, offboarding and reporting. The Program Specialist acts as a talent advisor and strategic business partner to support our clients and ensure requisition fulfillment for quality talent in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
Managing hiring manager relationships and at times interacting with client's executive leadership to ensure all contingent labor needs are fulfilled.
Managing the staffing and requisition fulfillment process – ensuring that the client's needs are being met. Including, but not limited to: Assisting client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including: requisition intake, sourcing, candidate shortlisting and interviewing Document requirement intake conversations in appropriate database (VMS etc.) Discuss with HM agree upon expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in the requisition fulfilment process Work with and communicate with staffing suppliers to make sure that proper feedback, projections, and critical communications are being relayed in a timely manner. Facilitation of on-boarding and off-boarding of contractors Maintain the VMS (vendor management system) with strong attention to details of staffing, hiring and on boarding process of the contingent workforce. This will include updating the system with rate changes
