We are seeking an experienced Head – Artist & Celebrity Manager to lead and scale our talent management vertical. This role requires a solid blend of talent relations, team leadership, business development, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have an established network within the entertainment, influencer, and brand ecosystem and a proven track record of managing high-profile talent while driving commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with artists, celebrities, influencers, and creators.
- Scout, onboard, and develop new talent across categories.
- Drive business development by securing brand collaborations, endorsements, and commercial opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, brand budgets, and partnership agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies,



and industry stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the talent management team.
- Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities for managed talent.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in Artist Management, Celebrity Management, Talent Partnerships, or Influencer Marketing.
- Proven experience managing teams and high-profile talent portfolios.
- Strong network within brands, agencies, entertainment, and creator ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
