This is an ownership role, not a clock-in role. We serve clients across multiple time zones,



which means some conversations and decisions happen outside standard Indian business hours. In exchange, you get genuine autonomy over how you structure your day and how you run your projects. We measure you on delivery and outcomes, not on whether you were at a desk from 9 to 5.

What You Will Own Project Ownership and Delivery
- The moment a project moves from the sales or marketing team to you, ownership transfers fully. You become the single point of accountability for that project, end to end.
- You build the delivery plan, set the internal milestones, and protect the final deadline.
