Role Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Telecalling Executive with a strong background in the loan industry. The ideal candidate should have minimum 2+ years of relevant experience and the ability to confidently handle customer interactions and convert enquiries into successful loan disbursements.
This role involves handling customer calls, explaining loan products, and closing deals effectively in the financial services domain.
Responsibilites
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan enquiries.
Explain loan products clearly and guide customers through the process.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful customers.
Maintain customer records.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth loan processing.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Build solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in loan products (Car Loan preferred; Personal Loan, Home Loan, or Commercial Vehicle Loan experience also accepted).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good understanding of loan process and documentation.
Ability to handle objections and close deals.
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
