Exper
ience 2-3 years of experience in technical documentation or related content development roles Prior exposure to telecom environments pre ferred Proficiency in structured authoring; especiall y DITAExperience in working with CMS and JIRA. Experience working with mid-complexity documentation projects involving multiple stakeh olders Strong ability to interpret, restructure, and simplify technical infor mation Proven ability to work with imperfect inputs and drive clarification discu ssions
