3. Community Management
Own the Vedic Gems Quora Space — curate questions, post answers that build genuine authority
on Jyotish gemstone topics. Target: recognised as a credible voice in the Quora Jyotish community
by M6.
Manage the Reddit community presence — coordinate with Growth Manager on r/astrology and
r/Jyotish posts. Respond to comments on Vedic Gems-related threads.
Own and manage the Vedic Gems Whats App community groups — buyer community (post-
purchase engagement, reorder prompts, stone care tips) and partner community (product updates,
recent arrivals, training reminders).
Monitor brand mentions across platforms — Instagram comments, Reddit threads, Quora answers.
Respond within 4 hours during business hours.
4. Content Collaboration
Work with the Growth Manager on the monthly content calendar — identify which stones, planets,
and Jyotish themes to focus on each month.
Brief and review the Content Writer on influencer-related blog content that supports the influencer
narrative.
