About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Word Press Team Lead who will take ownership of end-to-end Word Press development strategy, mentor and guide a team, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality websites and web applications. This role requires strong expertise in Word Press technologies, theme and plugin development, architecture design, Agile methodologies, and root cause analysis, along with exposure to emerging trends such as AI-driven content management and website optimization.

Job Description:
Lead and mentor the Word Press development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines. Develop, customize, and maintain Word Press themes and plugins tailored to business needs. Build reusable components and modular code for scalability and maintainability. Integrate front-end and back-end functionalities seamlessly for smooth user experiences. Write clean, maintainable,



and efficient code following industry best practices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO best practices. Work closely with QA and Dev Ops teams for smooth deployments and regular updates. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly. Stay updated with the latest Word Press updates, trends, and development practices. Valuable to Have:
Experience in Woo Commerce customization and integration. Proficiency with version control systems (Git/Git Hub/Git Lab/Bitbucket). Knowledge of REST API development and integration. Hands-on experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom post types.
