Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Teacher based in Girwa. The English Teacher will develop and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of young learners. Responsibilities include teaching English language and literature, fostering students’ reading and writing skills, and creating an engaging and interactive classroom environment.



The teacher will also monitor student progress and collaborate with fellow educators to ensure students meet academic milestones. Active participation in school activities and events is also expected.
Qualifications
Solid skills in English Teaching, Education, and Lesson Planning
Effective Teaching and Communication skills to engage young learners
Ability to inspire and motivate students in a creative and supportive manner
Strong organizational and classroom management skills
Degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certifications are a plus
Prior experience in teaching at an elementary level is preferred
A passion for early childhood education and a child-centered teaching approach
