Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brand & Creative Manager (Fashion Brand) role based in Noida. The Brand & Creative Manager will lead the brand strategy and creative direction for a fashion label,



ensuring consistency across campaigns, collections, and channels. Responsibilities include developing and refining brand positioning, overseeing visual identity, and guiding the creation of cinematic short-form content, lookbooks, campaigns, and social media assets. The role involves working closely with designers, photographers, stylists, and content teams to craft cohesive narratives that build cultural relevance and premium perception. The Brand & Creative Manager will analyze performance data, track cultural and fashion trends, and translate insights into creative briefs, content calendars, and brand experiences (events, collaborations, drops). The role will also require close collaboration with leadership on go-to-market strategies, influencer and creator partnerships, and selective performance marketing initiatives.
