ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a seasoned 3 D Design & Visualization leader to head our visualization function. This person will own the end-to-end 3 D output pipeline — from interpreting design briefs and producing photorealistic renders and walkthroughs, to building and mentoring a high-performance visualization team.



The role is central to how SKV presents ideas to clients and differentiates its design quality in a competitive market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Management
Build, lead, and mentor the 3 D Visualization team (artists, modelers, render technicians).
Set quality benchmarks and review all visual deliverables before client submission.
Allocate resources across concurrent projects and manage team workloads effectively.
3 D Production & Quality
Direct and produce high-quality 3 D renders, walkthroughs, and fly-throughs for commercial interior design projects (corporate offices, retail, hospitality).
Collaborate with architects and interior designers to translate 2 D drawings/mood boards into compelling 3 D visualizations.
Ensure accuracy of space planning, scale, material finishes, lighting, and furnishings in all renders.
Lead post-production and image compositing to achieve photorealistic output.
