Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Principal role for a new CBSE School based in Bengaluru. The Principal will provide academic and administrative leadership for the institution, aligning school operations with the organization's mission, vision, and regulatory requirements.



Daily responsibilities include overseeing curriculum implementation, monitoring teaching quality, guiding assessments, and ensuring consistency with state and central board standards. The Principal will support and mentor faculty, manage staff performance, and foster a team-oriented, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students. Additional duties include coordinating with parents and guardians, managing admissions and student discipline, overseeing budgets and resource allocation, driving school improvement initiatives, and representing the institution to external stakeholders and accreditation bodies.
