Job Purpose
We are seeking a commercially-minded, strategic Financial Controlle r to lead our accounting function. Beyond traditional compliance and reporting, you will be the bridge between financial data and strategic execution. The ideal candidate doesn't just manage the numbers—they understand the story behind them and can strategically guide senior leadership on performance, profitability, and growth opportunities through high-impact data presentation

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Management Accountin g: Look beyond the ledger to analyze variances, assess product/service profitability, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights that influence business strategy
Data Presentation & Storytellin g: Translate complex financial metrics into clear, visually compelling, and executive-ready presentations for the C-suite, board members, and department head
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A; ): Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts,



and scenario modeling to guide strategic decision-makin
Financial Leadership & Control s: Oversee the month-end/year-end close processes, ensure rigorous internal controls, and maintain the integrity of the general ledge
Cross-Functional Collaboratio n: Partner with operations, sales, and marketing teams to help them understand their financial impact and optimize their budget
Process Automatio n: Continuously improve financial systems and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to streamline reporting and enhance data accuracy
Required Skills & Qualification
Educati on: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certificatio n (CPA, CMA, or C IMA) is highly preferred
Experien ce: 6+ years of progressive finance experience, with a proven track record in a management accounting or financial controller role
