About the Role We are seeking dynamic, customer-centric, and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales Team as Assistant Sales Managers / Sales Managers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, coordinating with channel partners, and contributing to business growth while representing luxury and premium real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Manage interactions with prospective customers and Channel Partners (CPs).
Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
Site Visits & Project Presentations Coordinate and conduct site visits for customers and Channel Partners.
Present project features, amenities, pricing, and investment opportunities effectively.




Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience during project visits.
Lead Management & Follow-ups Track and manage leads through CRM and other sales tools.
Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects and maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Sales Support & Coordination Assist in source tagging, lead attribution, and sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for cost sheets, customer requirements, and booking-related processes.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and business objectives.
Sales Closure & Documentation Facilitate sales closures and booking formalities.
Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction completion.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within timelines.
