Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and accounting records in ZOHO Books for multiple companies
Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable
Manage payroll processing including PF, ESIC, and TDS calculations
Maintain stock accounting, ledgers, and inventory reconciliation
Prepare and manage sales & purchase invoices
Perform GST reconciliations including GSTR2 A
Coordinate purchase orders for inventory replenishment
Conduct and participate in internal 5 S audits
Required Skills
Knowledge of ZOHO Books and accounting principles
Solid understanding of bank reconciliation, taxation, and inventory accounting
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
Strong numerical and communication skills
