Proven experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or a related domain, with a focus on cybersecurity awareness or cyber education roles.
Experience in delivering awareness and training content to a range of audience (technical and non-technical)
Knowledge and experience using cybersecurity simulations tools (e.g., phishing platforms), elearning tools, and business-intelligence reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
Ability to translate technical cyber concepts & cyber risks into clear, engaging, and actionable messaging.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including ability to deliver engaging presentations and ability to build relationships with stakeholders (stakeholder engagement).
Track record of influencing stakeholders to drive risk reduction outcomes.
Solid data literacy to assess and analyse program impact using relevant metrics.
Sound knowledge & implementation skills of security standards and frameworks such as NIST Framework, ISO 27000 series standards, and ISA/IEC 62443.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Cybersecurity related certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC or SANS certifications
